This website is operated by Guangzhou Nashmind Technology Co., Ltd., trading as NashMind, based in Guangzhou, China.
What we collect and why
If you use our enquiry form, we collect your name, optional company or team name, contact details and message. We also record the submission time, a request identifier and your consent to enquiry handling. We use these details to understand your request and respond to you.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in the website’s private database for internal review by personnel with authorised server access. They are not published or accessible through a public enquiry-listing interface. The application also temporarily stores a hash derived from your IP address to limit repeated submissions; it expires rate-limit entries as new submissions are processed. This is not a claim of anonymous browsing.
Your choices
Submitting an enquiry is optional. Please provide only what is needed for an initial discussion. Do not include passwords, production credentials, financial account information, confidential documents or sensitive personal data. To request correction or deletion of an earlier enquiry, use the enquiry form and identify the previous submission without sending further sensitive information. We may need to verify the request.
Cookies and third-party services
The website uses a preference cookie to remember a language you explicitly choose for up to one year. It does not use analytics or advertising scripts or send form submissions to an external AI service. External links, including the ICP registration portal, are governed by their operators’ policies. Any data or model-provider arrangements for a commissioned project are agreed separately.
